Terms of Use
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Welcome to H2 Panel (the “Software”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to the website https://panel.h2app.dev and your download, installation, and use of the Software and related services. By using them, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Acceptance of terms
You confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Software on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may update these Terms; when we do, we will adjust the “Last updated” date on this page. For material changes, we may notify you via the website or in-app notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. License and use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use H2 Panel on Mac devices you lawfully own or control, for personal use or reasonable internal business use within an organization.
You must not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except where expressly permitted by law); circumvent license, activation, or security mechanisms; rent, resell, sublicense, or provide the Software as a service to third parties (unless we authorize in writing); remove or alter copyright or ownership notices; or use the Software for illegal, infringing, or harmful activities.
Intellectual property in the Software, its trademarks, interface, and documentation remains ours or the respective rights holders’. These Terms transfer no ownership.
3. Purchases and refunds
Licenses purchased on this website: payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as Merchant of Record. Price, taxes, invoices, and checkout follow the checkout page and Paddle prompts. Refund rules for website purchases are in our refund policy (/refund); Paddle’s buyer terms you agree to at checkout also apply.
Mac App Store purchases: Apple handles payment and billing under Apple’s media services terms and App Store refund rules; refund and billing disputes should go through Apple channels.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, paid features are available only under a valid license; free trials or unpaid versions may have limited features.
4. Accounts and licenses
Website purchases are typically linked to the email you provide for orders and licenses. You are responsible for providing an accurate email, safeguarding your license key, and activating devices only within the license scope.
We may limit the number of concurrently activated devices and take reasonable steps to prevent sharing, resale, or abuse of licenses. If we find fraud, theft, or material breach, we may suspend or revoke related licenses, potentially without refund (except where required by law).
App Store purchase authorization and device management follow Apple account and Family Sharing rules.
5. Disclaimers
The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Clipboard and notes involve content you create or copy; back up important data yourself. We are not liable for loss arising from data loss, device failure, third-party service interruption, or your failure to enable or correctly configure sync (except liability that cannot be excluded by law).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Software, website, or related services, whether based on contract, tort, or other theory.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us (or through Paddle / Apple) for the relevant license in the twelve months before the claim arose; if you paid nothing, liability is zero (or the minimum amount required by law).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or exclusion of certain liability; in those cases this section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
7. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the Software at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access and license if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the services, or as required by law.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) remain in effect. License handling after refunds for website purchases follows the refund policy.
8. Governing law
Interpretation of these Terms and dispute resolution may, without excluding mandatory consumer protection law, apply the law of a jurisdiction with a reasonable connection to you (for example, your habitual residence or where you primarily use the Software).
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
